What you will be doing?

Handle all contacts, including challenging technical calls, to a high standard. Spend time 'in the field and office' with a Diageo Engineer to fully understand the Guinness quality processes & to gain an in-depth knowledge of 'bar and cellar' set-ups. Accurately diagnose and resolve technical faults over the phone/email using your problem-solving & technical knowledge skills. Participate in our Guinness accreditation program to become certified as a product and technical expert. Attend training and briefing sessions (internally and externally) as necessary to gain an understanding of Client and Contact Centre requirements and to continuously develop fundamental skills.

Requirements What skills & experience you will bring to us?

Applicants must be aged 18+. Educated to GCSE/O'Level standard including Maths and English. Confident telephone manner, including good communication and listening skills. A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer/client service. Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail. A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem solving. Very well organized with excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work within a team. Accurate in data capturing. Computer literate. Previous bar experience is a plus.

Contract:

Permanent contract (6-month probation period). Full-time:

(37.5 hours/week). Working days/Hours:

Mon to Friday - 8-6 rotational shifts, occasional Weekends and BH with Time in Lieu. Salary:

£24,500 per year. Performance Bonus:

Up to £1,000 gross per year. Hybrid Model:

2 days office/3 days home (with additional time expected in the office for training and meetings). Additional Perks: Life Cover:
