Are you a Technical Support Advisor or similar looking to join a thriving manufacturer who will offer you progression to lead a department, autonomy and an early finish on a Friday?

This well renowned, reputable company have been operating on the Evesham site since 1945, boasting offices and a large distribution facility, meaning that you will be centred in the fast-paced beating heart of their success.
Your role will involve liaising with customers to solve technical issues and advise on the parts required. You will also manage the service desk by assigning jobs to field technicians as well as managing the parts stock portfolio.
The Role:
Dealing with technical queries from customers on the phone and via email Assigning technician appointments and processing job cards Managing parts and components stock Monday-Thursday 8:00-17:00, Friday 8:00-14:30
The Person:
Experience working in a product servicing/support role Experience answering technical enquiries in aftersales Full UK Driving License and Vehicle
