£40,000 - £45,000 Depending On Experience Key Responsibilities:
Contract Management:
Coordinate agreements and execution for BOC contracts. Ensure contract terms and conditions are applied for site and workshop repairs. Compile and issue Risk and Method statements for site interventions.
Availability:
Be contactable 24/7 via a dedicated emergency phone.
Stock Management:
Oversee BOC spare holdings, including spare turbines at Cryostar UK, ensuring readiness for shipment.
Performance Monitoring:
Use Historian software to monitor equipment performance and site conditions.
Customer Communication:
Provide updates on work progress. Issue end-of-month status reports for BOC-owned equipment under repair.
Technical Support:
Respond to customer technical enquiries. Assist field service engineers (FSE) with troubleshooting and on-site/workshop support.
Intervention Preparation:
Prepare workshop and site interventions. Input data into Salesforce, creating and assigning cases for interventions.
Business Development:
Promote and establish new maintenance contracts with new customers. Build customer relationships and support maintenance planning.
Support for BC Manager:
Assist with scheduling workloads, spare parts, and shipments for repaired equipment. Act as a backup for BC Manager duties.
Health and Safety:
Foster a safe working environment with preventive and responsible risk management. Propose and implement safety, productivity, and technical improvements.
Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE):
Adhere to QHSE rules and guidelines. Proactively address abnormalities and suggest improvements for sustained quality and safety.
Required Qualifications
Customer-focused attitude. Commercial understanding. Technical background with strong product knowledge. Good communication and organizational skills. Status
