Your Role As a Technical Support Engineer, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering professional and knowledgeable client support, adhering to agreed resolution SLAs, and ensuring customers have a diligent and engaging experience. They will join the existing support team based in Antrim, where their technical expertise and proactive approach will be highly valued. What You Need to Succeed: 3–5 years in a technical support role. Strong networking skills, including switching, firewalls, and routers. Proficiency in Windows Server and Virtualisation (VMware and Hyper-V). Competence in Windows-based operating systems and Office 365 administration. Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy. Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Mobile Device Management. Familiarity with Veeam Backup Solutions or similar products. Relevant Microsoft qualifications and certifications. Strong written documentation and excellent verbal communication skills. A friendly, professional, and dynamic approach to customers and colleagues.
