Technical Support Engineer // Essex - Onsite - £26-35K (DOE)
My client is looking for someone with a technical background to join their IT Team and support the devices for their bespoke technologies. They are open to candidates with varying levels of experience, from someone at a more junior level with a keen attitude to develop their skills, to someone who has had more opportunity to work in this field and is ready to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities Include:
Offering both on-site and remote support (e.g. over the phone, emails etc.)
Troubleshooting technical issues of electronics
Working with CCTV and intercoms
Skills Required:
Minimum two years' experience in providing tech support
Background working with electronics is advantageous
Fundamental 1st line support competencies
