As a key member of our Operations Team, you will be the front line of innovation—installing, configuring, and supporting cutting-edge systems that change lives. You’ll provide both on-site and remote technical support, ensuring that customer issues are resolved with precision and care. You’ll also play a vital role in the development of our future products by channeling customer feedback and staying on top of emerging technology that can drive us forward. Responsibilities Reproduce customer environment and run tests Manage and address electronic tickets efficiently Liaise between sales team, customer success team, and customers to properly address customer problems Troubleshoot and configure software and hardware. What We’re Looking For: · A multi-talented problem-solver with a blend of engineering and IT expertise. · A BTEC/HNC in Electronic and Electrical Engineering with a keen interest in IT. · 1 years of experience in a technical support/installation role, ideally within electronics or Fire & Security industries.
