The Role:
High level of knowledge and experience troubleshooting O365 applications, Teams, Outlook/Exchange, and the Office suite of applications.
Experience with hardware issues and Surface Pro.
Knowledge of Intune.
Experience with Azure Multi-Factor Authentication.
Familiarity with Citrix Workspace.
Experience with iPhones.
Knowledge of Surface Pro and Docking stations.
Understanding of SharePoint.
