Technical Support Engineer - Electrical

Our client, a European Manufacturer of electrical systems, is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic technical engineer to join the technical team.
Working alongside the Technical Manager, you will be supporting the project team in terms of technical advice and support on the systems, as well as product choice and placement to the customers regarding the systems. You will be involved in:
Customer & colleague support
Sales team assistance
Onsite technical support
Quotation process management
Project documentation
Product testing
Quality assurance
Full training and support will be offered to the successful candidate. Previous practical, hands-on experience is an advantage.
The ideal candidate could be a hands-on practical engineer with C&G electrical installation or a recent graduate in Electrical Engineering with a positive and outgoing personality. You should have good manners on the phone and face-to-face, with the ability to problem solve, think analytically, and communicate effectively. Good IT skills and awareness of power supplies, relays, sensors, and AutoCAD are required. Knowledge of Dali-based systems is a benefit.
