Eligibility for/an active Security Clearance is required for this position. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for enterprise finance system software, diagnosing and resolving issues. Install, upgrade, and administer
SQL Server/Oracle databases
and associated financial software. Ensure systems and applications meet service level targets and run optimally. Support
cloud-based (Azure) and on-premises
infrastructure, ensuring smooth integration. Assist in system monitoring, security updates, and performance tuning. Support
BACS transmission
processes for hosted clients. Previous experience in a technical support/helpdesk role. Proficiency in
SQL Server/Oracle database administration . Understanding of
Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy . Experience using
call logging systems
and monitoring tools. Scripting skills ( PowerShell, Bash, or equivalent ). Cloud expertise ( Microsoft Azure certifications preferred ). Familiarity with
