Technical Support Engineer – HeatingTechnical Support Engineer required for a global leader of HVAC solutions. This is an exciting role that will lead to Technical Support Manager, Technical Manager, Technical Sales or similar within the business.This is suitable for a Mechanical Engineer with knowledge of commercial or industrial heating systemsPackage:Salary starting at £45, depending on experience, increasing incrementally following probation and approximately every 6 – 12 month thereafterHybrid working33 days holidayPrivate health insuranceEnhanced private pensionResponsibilities:Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issuesDiagnose and resolve technical problems with heating systems and associated equipmentOffer expert guidance on product installation, maintenance, and operation to clients and team membersWork closely with the engineering and sales teams to support customer needs and deliver solutionsMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues in the support systemParticipate in product training sessions to stay updated on new technologies and industry trendsAssist with product testing and quality assurance processes as neededCollaborate with the team to develop and improve support processes and documentationRequirements:Degree or diploma in engineering or a HVAC related fieldExperience of HVAC or refrigeration design or R&DComfortable in a customer facing environmentWR HVAC | M&E are #1 recruitment partner for HVAC jobs.
