In this varied role, you will be responsible for providing product support to customers globally. Responsibilities include:
Answering incoming calls, emails, and online chat inquiries to diagnose and troubleshoot common problems remotely.
Providing clear and concise technical guidance to customers over the phone, including step-by-step instructions for resolving issues.
The Role:
Provide support for products globally via phone and email.
Maintain accurate record keeping.
Troubleshoot general product inquiries.
Based 5 days on-site in Salisbury.
The Person:
Demonstrated knowledge of Technical Product Support.
Experience in remote troubleshooting and dealing with customer inquiries.
Deliver excellent Customer service.
Must have a high attention to detail when record-keeping.
