Technical Support Engineer Stroud - Permanent fulltime (39 Hours). Day Shifts M-F. Salary DOE Due to growth, my client, a thriving manufacturer in the aerospace sector, is looking for a Technical Support Engineer, supporting the Technical, Quality, and Laboratory Management with both Technical, Administrational, and Practical support as required. The Role: Develop and maintain Process Data Cards for the treatment and paint operations. Work closely with the Technical Team to understand and meet customer requirements. Ensure accurate maintenance of technical and quality documentation. Provide hands-on support to Operations and Laboratory teams in qualifying and monitoring processes and procedures. Participate in the auditing of company processes and operating procedures when required. Foster a safety-first culture across all activities. Actively engage in Continuous Improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence. The Person: Relevant technical qualifications (Science/Chemistry A Level), IMF Foundation, and/or at least three years of experience. Experience within precision component manufacturing. Ability to meet conflicting deadlines in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing workload. Computer literate - Microsoft Office, Computer-based manufacturing systems, and reporting. Desirable: Experience working in an AS9100 environment.
