This is a unique and brand new position for a technical support manager to join one of the most respected manufacturers of high quality aluminium windows, doors and specialist double glazing products in the UK.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the head of sales and MD, ensuring that the internal sales support and estimators are managing workload. Liaise with internal teams and production facility to ensure that from point of order, windows and doors are manufactured on time and in full. Ensure transparency from order input through to finished goods from a customer satisfaction point of view. Qualifications:
Experience as a technical support manager or customer services manager. Ideally, experience in a window production facility with a general understanding of glazing manufacturing. Experience of "first degree systems" as a software package would be a distinct advantage. Experience in the glazing or fenestration industry is beneficial but not essential.
