Are you a technical support manager or customer services manager looking for a new and genuinely dynamic opportunity?
This award winning specialist glazing manufacturer is in need of an experienced technical support manager.
You will ideally have experience of working in a window production facility with a general understanding of glazing manufacturing. Experience of "first degree systems" as a software package would be a distinct advantage.
You will work closely with the head of sales and MD, ensuring that the internal sales support and estimators are managing workload.
The technical support manager will liaise with the internal teams and production facility to ensure that from point of order, windows and doors are manufactured on time and in full.
This is not a double glazing business; this is a B2B operation supplying independent retail installers throughout the UK.
It would be beneficial if the technical support manager had experience of working in the glazing or fenestration industry; however, this is not essential.
What is essential is the ability to work closely with the internal teams to ensure transparency from order input through to finished goods from a customer satisfaction point of view.
