As a Technical Support Officer you will provide valuable administrative support to the Planning and Building Control Teams. You will deal with a range of complex cases including major planning applications and appeals. You will be responsible for the registration and validation of planning and building control applications, working closely with colleagues to support the delivery of our efficient planning service.
You will possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to assess information, analyse problems and find solutions. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines balanced with customer service experience and a great team working ethic will be required along with your commitment to continuous improvement in service delivery. The role offers variety in a fast paced and rewarding administrative environment.
