Applicants should be qualified for the NQF Level 3 qualification e.g. AS and A-levels, NVQs Level 3, Applied A Levels, BTEC First Certificates and Diplomas, City and Guilds Advanced Craft Part 3, or NQF Level 4 Certificates of Higher Education Level in a relevant subject or be able to evidence the equivalent level of knowledge gained through work experience. It is essential that applicants are computer-literate and have proven knowledge and experience in supporting a service delivery team, with proven skills in the production of reports and analytical data. Applicants should be forward-thinking and able to work independently, under pressure, and to deadlines.
