Technical Support / Partner Integration Specialist focuses on provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to partners and customers.

What the role involves

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to partners and customers.
  • Analyse code to identify issues and recommend solutions.
  • Supporting partner implementations and integrations across web-based platforms.
  • Resolve technical problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and customer teams.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Skills and requirements

  • Fluent Japanese language skills (spoken and written) are essential.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and debugging capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Previous experience in technical support, solutions engineering, implementation support, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
