Technical Support Specialist , you are the first point of contact for clients and the heart of our Service operations. You’ll communicate directly with clients about their battery projects, answering questions and providing updates. At the same time, you’ll keep a close eye on our running projects through our "battery watch" system, monitoring battery performance and proactively stepping in when something isn’t right. Whether it’s identifying a potential issue or coordinating with engineers to resolve it, your work ensures our projects stay on track and our clients stay informed. This commitment is compensated with an additional payment; You are able to commute to and from our depot (Earls Colne), and have a driver’s license; Affinity with technology or batteries is a plus, but no technical background is needed—your willingness to learn is what matters most!
