Job Title: Surveyor (6 month FTC - Pro-Rata)
Location: Burnley
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a high level of customer service within the housing repair/maintenance sector Hybrid role covering Damp, Mould, Condensation and Voids Conduct surveys across a range of properties, including domestic, tenanted, and void properties Diagnose maintenance issues and provide solutions across all trades Accurately specify maintenance and improvement works, including Schedule of Rates (SoR) Produce technical drawings and plans for works Organise and prioritise a varied workload to meet targets and deadlines Compile technical reports and maintain detailed records using property databases Undertake minor property-related repairs as necessary Essential Skills/Qualifications:
Proven experience working in the housing repair/maintenance sector Experience of conducting surveys and working with property databases (including Microsoft Word/Excel) Excellent written and verbal communication skills HNC/Degree in Building Surveying or equivalent (or relevant qualifications) Experience in Social Housing UK Driving License To Apply: To apply or for more information on this role, please contact Tom or Dan at Venn Group on 0161 830 1830.
