The role of the Technical Surveyor - Roofing Systems will involve:
Dealing with various roofing services for both new build and refurbishment sectors. Attending client sites to undertake roofing surveys. Preparing customer quotations utilising our clients' integrated management system. Maintaining records utilising CRM, providing monthly updates. Checking that the installed products are being installed correctly and to standards. Liaising with Quantity Surveyor to flag additions/variations. Responding and following up on sales enquiries with key clients. Achieving monthly KPIs around surveys carried out and customers engaged with. Working on projects ranging in value from £10k - £1m+. The ideal applicant will be a Technical Surveyor - Roofing Systems with:
Technical experience within the roofing industry. A track record in conducting surveys and estimates within the refurbishment & new build market sectors. Sound roofing knowledge. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. A passion for roofing. Computer literate (Microsoft Office). A full UK driving license. The ability to work autonomously.
