My well-established client in Haddenham is looking for a
Technical Trainer - Automotive
to develop and deliver a technical training programme to support an established dealer network. The ideal candidate must have comprehensive knowledge of modern vehicle technology and hands-on experience of repair and maintenance techniques for modern vehicles or a relevant qualification. The successful candidate will require: Excellent and adaptable communication skills A willingness to learn Experience in the design and delivery of technical training A current driving licence and passport (as occasional travel within the UK and Europe may be required) Drive and enthusiasm to motivate delegates An interest in the continuing improvement of training programmes This is a chance to work within a local, successful company who also provide a number of great benefits including: Competitive salary Pension scheme Mental health and wellbeing support Private healthcare Discount scheme for specific retailers 28 days holiday with additional entitlement based on time served Company bonus scheme The role is based full time in Haddenham, Monday to Thursday 8.45-17.15 and 8.45-16.45 on Friday with a 1-hour lunch break.
