The Technical Trainers are responsible for curating and delivering training material to Operation and other site personnel. Key responsibilities are: Develop training material to meet specific GMP training requirements. Deliver training packages in the training area or within GMP manufacturing facilities. Review effectiveness of training delivered and revise packages as required. Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will be degree educated (preferably Engineering or Science) with a minimum of 5 years experience in a regulated environment e.g. GMP or FMCG. It is expected that you will be able to understand the production processes and demands placed on the production teams and translate this into effective training material that supports onboarding and continual development of personnel in Operations and other areas of the business.
