Are you a technical trainer interested in working with a growing company in Clinical Trials to help them develop best in industry training for their clients? Coronado Research is delighted to be recruiting for someone to work directly with our client as their employee. As our Client's Technical Trainer, you will assess the impact of new product releases on existing training materials and identify requirements for new materials, which will include videos and SCORM-compliant e-learning content. You will also create e-learning content for industry regulatory guidance and support the development of engaging resources for internal team training. We are looking for a creative Technical Trainer who will support our client's product by creating and maintaining engaging internal and end-user training materials. This is a new role within the growing Operations team at TRI. The development and deployment of engaging training content is key to our customer engagement and the successful use of our core product. You will assess the impact of new product releases on existing training materials and identify requirements for new materials, which will include videos and SCORM-compliant e-learning content. You will also create e-learning content for industry regulatory guidance and support the development of engaging resources for internal team training. You will have an established track record in the creation of engaging training materials in a similar business and be able to build relationships throughout the organization, specifically with the Product team. Finally, you will be passionate about understanding how our client's core product supports RBQM (Risk Based Quality Management) in clinical trials. As the trainer, you will be responsible for: Developing a deep understanding of RBQM processes and our client's SaaS Product, including new product releases, through collaboration with Product and Operational Teams. Developing and maintaining engaging training and end-user materials related to existing product and new product releases, which are key for customer engagement and success. Developing and maintaining online training resources related to RBQM activities and regulatory requirements in collaboration with external providers (as required). Delivering internal training (Train the Trainer), especially relating to new product releases and regulatory changes. The key functions performed will include, but may not be limited to, the following areas: Developing a deep understanding of RBQM processes and the product, how it is used by end users and by internal users. Collaborating closely with the Product Team to stay up to date with new product releases and develop corresponding materials as part of the release plan. Designing, developing, and delivering engaging training materials using relevant formats depending on the target audience. Developing and maintaining user guides and other client-facing materials as part of the overall training offering, in conjunction with the Product Team. Keeping up to date with relevant clinical trial and validated systems legislation and updating training materials as required. Identifying and working closely with outsourced providers to develop online training content. Gathering feedback regarding the training and materials provided and completing any required updates. Supporting system demos or other sales and marketing activities as needed. Skills & Qualifications: Experience developing training materials and resources using different media such as presentations, webinars (live and pre-recorded), manuals, and online materials. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Ability to manage own workload and multiple projects to deadlines. Self-motivated, with a passion for learning. Strong communication skills. Enjoys working in a small team. Ability to build positive relationships and networks across the business. Experience in the clinical research industry, with some exposure to RBQM preferred. Understanding of a SaaS business preferred. Experience with e-learning platforms and tools preferred.
