Technical Trainer

to join our client’s team. Based primarily in Rugby, this role involves delivering training to the drafting department while travelling nationally to support teams, including those in Scotland. You will be responsible for providing tailored technical training, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and equipping the team with the skills and knowledge required to excel. Requirements Strong knowledge of CAD systems. A construction-related qualification. Experience with CDM compliance. Health and Safety experience (desirable but not essential). Excellent communication and training skills. Willingness to travel extensively. The Package Salary: £42,500-£47,500. Car allowance: £650 per month. Profit bonus scheme. Hybrid working: 2 days from home. 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
