We are always looking for exceptional individuals to join our multinational group of talented professionals and right now we are seeking to recruit a motivated and talented Technical Trainer to help shape the future of our talented team in the fields of Low Voltage Instrument (LVI) and High Voltage/Current Instrument product assembly. As a key contributor to our training initiatives, you’ll be responsible for delivering qualifications in Engineering Technologies, mentoring production apprentices, and ensuring our team meets the highest technical standards. Key Responsibilities: Deliver EAL Level 2 and 3 Engineering Technologies (Electrical/Electronic) qualifications. Develop and execute engaging training programs, including classroom sessions, workshops, and webinars. Prepare and adapt training materials to meet objectives and ensure high pass rates. Conduct assessments and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with internal teams to support recruitment through standardized assessments. Promote safety and adhere to health regulations in all training activities. Experience, Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years of electronics experience. Level 3 education/training qualification or relevant experience. Assessor's Award (Level 3 or above). Strong knowledge of Health & Safety practices for low/high voltages. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Organised, self-driven, and proactive with excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills. Important:
