Deliver quality training in classroom and workshop environments. Using experience to help in the design and development of training. Support the maintenance of training products. Ensure training products meet relevant safety and technical requirements. Review lesson plans and presentations to ensure courses are current and relevant. Ensure training equipment is maintained, calibrated, and tested as necessary. About You
An in-depth knowledge of electrical/wiring and skills required for practical application. A hands-on approach to training so that learners ‘learn by doing’ on modern industrial equipment. Time served apprenticeship in engineering environment. Basic Health & Safety knowledge & qualification. Wiring qualifications and knowledge of applicable regulations. Management & Procurement of Training Assets. IT literate and Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint conversant. Teaching and assessing qualification (desirable, but training can be provided). Knowledge of Transmission and Distribution safety rules (desirable). Learner– Safeguarding (desirable). What You'll Get A competitive salary between £41,561 – £48,895 – dependent on capability.
