An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Trainer / Teacher with 1-3 years teaching and 3-5 years IT Industry experience to join a reputable organisation specialising in IT training.

This role can be full-time or part-time offering excellent benefits, hybrid working (1-2 days office) and a salary range of £26,500 - £33,000 for a 37.5 work week.

As a Technical Trainer / Teacher, you will deliver high-impact training for learners completing their Digital Infrastructure Engineer apprenticeships, along with CompTIA qualifications, ensuring an engaging and effective learning experience.

You will be responsible for: Motivating and fostering independent learning among learners, catering to diverse learning needs, including neurodivergent individuals. Creating an interactive and inclusive learning environment. Conducting assessments using various methods such as observation and professional discussions. Collaborating with apprenticeship coaches to share insights and improve the overall learning experience. Documenting assessment records and tracking learner progress.

What we are looking for: Previously worked as an IT Trainer, Technical Trainer, IT Teacher or in a similar role. Possess 1-3 years teaching and 3-5 years IT Industry experience. Background in education or relevant technical fields such as Network/ICT, Software Development, or Cybersecurity. Familiarity with technical topics, including networking, IT systems, and hardware. A degree-level education. A UK Driver's Licence. Right to work in the UK.
