Technical Trainer / Technical Specialist

will play a crucial role in managing the development and delivery of online and hybrid training programmes, in relation to the organisation's CMS, Search & Merchandising products, and Product Information Management (PIM) systems. For this role, you will need to have a technical background / strong technical knowledge in order to support the business and technical teams / end-users during the implementation process and through go-live. Key Responsibilities: Conduct requirement gathering and stakeholder management. Create training manuals and deliver training sessions to users. Provide ongoing support to users, addressing training needs and troubleshooting issues. Identify gaps in global training content and localise it as necessary. Participate in the larger-scale rollouts of new technologies, supporting the modernization program. Collaborate with 3rd party vendors and assist in the integration of their solutions. Essential Experience: Strong knowledge of Search and Merchandising products, ideally Attraqt (Fredhopper). Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) systems, preferably inRiver and .Net. Familiarity with Content Management Systems, preferably Drupal, PHP, or StoryBlok. Demonstrated ability to create and deliver training content to business users. Previous experience in moving systems to the Cloud is a plus.
