What You'll Be Doing: Deliver Awesome Training:

You'll craft and deliver top-notch training programs that inspire and educate learners across the board. Create Quality Packages:

Design training materials that hit the mark on learning objectives and outcomes - think fun, informative, and engaging! Stay Ahead of the Game:

Monitor and update our delivery products to keep them fresh and relevant. Assess Like a Pro:

Evaluate learners both in the centre and in the wild (a.k.a. workplace) to ensure they're hitting their goals. Standardise Success:

Help contribute to the standardisation of qualifications to maintain our high standards. Build Relationships:

Liaise with customers to develop and sustain long-lasting partnerships - because teamwork makes the dream work! Key Areas of Responsibility: Delivering impactful learning packages that meet our measured standards. Designing high-quality learning materials tailored to specific objectives and outcomes. Keeping a watchful eye on delivery products, ensuring they're top-tier. Implementing best practices in training and assessment - let's set the gold standard! Observing learners in action and providing constructive feedback. Evaluating diverse evidence to track learner progress against defined outcomes. Collaborating with the assessment team to standardize qualifications. Working closely with Internal Quality Assurers to ensure everything flows smoothly. Striving for an impressive 80% utilization rate - because who doesn't love a good goal? Who You Are: Competencies: Quality assurance expert with a passion for excellence. Skilled in coaching and facilitation - motivating others is your superpower! Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks like a pro. A communication whiz, able to connect with folks at all levels. Creative training material designer who knows how to make learning stick. Engaging presenter with delivery skills that captivate your audience. Proficient in assessment techniques - measuring success is your forte. Team player who thrives in collaborative environments. Comfortable using email, PowerPoint, and Word - because tech-savvy is the way to be! Experience and Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in the water industry (we want the best!). Solid Maths and English skills (you'll need them!). A full driving license (to navigate your adventures). A strong understanding of health and safety - safety first! Desired Experience and Qualifications: Assessor Qualification D32/D33, A1, or TAQA equivalent (or a plan to obtain one). Level 3 Training and Education or similar (or working towards it). Experience in designing and delivering training materials. Proven track record in delivering qualifications and apprenticeship programs. What's in it for You?
