Our client, a leading provider of air traffic control services, is seeking 2 Technical Trainers with a background in Electronics Engineering to join their team on a contract basis. This role involves teaching early engineering concepts, data communications, and more, to both internal staff and external customers. This position offers a mix of in-person and hybrid teaching opportunities in Fareham, Hampshire.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering technical training to internal engineering staff and external customers Teaching early engineering concepts, communications data, and other relevant subjects Developing and implementing training schedules and materials Providing classroom-based and hybrid training sessions Collaborating with internal teams to assess training needs and effectiveness Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies Ensuring a high standard of training delivery and participant engagement

Job Requirements:

Background in Electronics Engineering Experience in technical training or a similar role Effective classroom management and presentation skills Ability to deliver both in-person and hybrid training sessions Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Flexibility to adapt training methods based on audience needs
