Technical Writer

to join their Product Management team. About the Role: As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation to support financial products and services. This role requires the ability to translate complex technical and financial concepts into clear, user-friendly content for diverse audiences. Key Responsibilities: Develop, update, and manage user manuals, product guides, FAQs, and other essential documentation. Ensure all documentation complies with industry regulations and internal standards. Simplify technical and financial information for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), including product managers, developers, and analysts, to ensure accuracy. Organise and maintain a comprehensive documentation library. Enhance user experience by creating content that improves understanding and usability. Develop training materials to support user onboarding and education about product features. Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and consistency. Manage documentation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience as a technical writer, preferably in financial services or technology. Strong understanding of financial products and services. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Strong organisational and project management skills. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Familiarity with financial industry regulations is a plus.
