Join a growing studio with large presence in the southeast of England is looking to add a Technically gifted Architect to their beautiful CentralLondon studio. With a design focused approach to every project, this studio takes pride in the fact they've won awards for projects in a number ofsectorsacross a range of scales. Key Responsibilities: Manage residential projects through RIBA Stages 0-7. Prepare surveys, concept layouts, and planning packages. Produce detailed tender and construction documentation. Conduct contract administration and oversee on-site project delivery. Coordinate with councils, consultants, and contractors to ensure regulatory compliance. Supervise and mentor junior team members in tender package development. Provide onsite support, addressing contractor queries and design issues. Skills & Experience: 5+ years post-Part III experience, particularly in large residential projects. Proficiency in Revit. Ideally experience on HRB resi projects in London. Ideally experience Gateway 2 Applications (Building Control) Excellent organisational and communication skills. Self-motivated, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
