Key responsibilities:
Responding to requests for quotations, engineered packages, accessories, and replacement parts. Processing, dispatching, and invoicing sales orders accurately. Coordinating with couriers to agree on terms as needed. Managing all day-to-day aspects of sales order entry. Communicating with customers via phone/email for inquiries regarding invoicing, delivery, and other general matters. Investigating issues and taking appropriate actions, including arranging returns for faulty items according to ISO9001 procedures. Handling service enquiries and progressing jobs to invoice status alongside the operations team. Maintaining a quotation log and following up on leads to convert quotes into orders. Providing customer service in line with company policies, procedures, and ISO9001 standards. Collaborating with the Engineering and Marketing teams to find solutions to customer needs. Staying up-to-date on product knowledge through internal training sessions. Maintaining confidentiality of all processed information.
