What the role involves

  • Carry out routine maintenance, checks, and fault finding across all AV, control, and interactive systems to maintain consistent operational performance across the venue.
  • Assist with the updating and maintenance of O&M manuals for installations.
  • Help the team maintain accurate records of repairs, updates, and any changes to the technical systems.
  • Supporting the Technical Coordinator with scheduling, purchasing materials, and tracking receipts.

Skills and requirements

  • Some practical experience with AV, control, or interactive technologies, with a genuine enthusiasm to develop further.
  • Experience with creative technologies such as lighting, sound, interactive installations, or mechanical systems.
  • Ability to carry out fault finding and maintenance tasks under the guidance of the Technical Lead.

Confirmed role details

  • The Technician will also be responsible for ensuring systems are operational during park hours and assisting with technical support when needed.
  • When the park is open, technicians must be available via radio to provide technical support or respond to maintenance issues during operating hours.
