As a Technician (Quantity Surveying), you will join the New Supply team where you will be based in our corporate office in Motherwell but will operate under our hybrid model of office and home-based working with an expectation to travel to council facilities and sites across North Lanarkshire as required, and support the procurement and delivery of the council’s new build programme. This post represents an exciting and challenging opportunity for a highly motivated individual who has a Degree in Quantity Surveying and has significant experience in the design and construction industry. With a professional manner and excellent communication skills, you should be IT literate with experience of Microsoft packages. Knowledge of current design and construction legislation and trends/practices/technologies is desirable.
