Technology Communications Manager The global Branding & Communications team is responsible for crafting and deploying branding and communications strategies for Millennium. We are seeking a Communications Manager responsible for helping to drive Millennium’s technology communications strategy and build awareness of our technology capabilities externally, while deepening our technology employees’ connection to the Firm and brand. The role will support technology communications across the United States, Europe, and Asia.

This is a unique opportunity for a talented, organized communications professional to work alongside an innovative team, with exposure to two fast-moving industries – technology and finance. This role will be based in London and report into the Head of Technology Communications.

Principal Responsibilities Support the ongoing development and execution of a proactive technology communications strategy focused on attracting and retaining the industry’s top talent in key markets globally. Develop content and messaging to drive engagement across communications channels including media relations, contributed content, digital media (social media, videos, and web copy), and internal communications. Deepen connectivity to the firm’s technology organization to inform branding and communications activities and ensure coordination of activities across teams. Liaise with Human Resources and technology teams to elevate networking and culture-building events and milestones. Partner with members of the Branding & Communications team to embed technology content in firm-wide branding and communication initiatives. Work cross-functionally with Human Resources, Legal, Compliance, and other stakeholders to ensure technology communications is consistent with the Firm’s policies and recruiting efforts. Support the daily operations of the Branding and Communications team, including project management, team organization, and leadership updates. Qualifications/Skills Required Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with a strong academic record. 5+ years of communications experience at a communications agency or in-house, preferably for a leading financial services, media, or technology company. Proactive and self-motivated to solve problems, generate new ideas, and drive business outcomes. Excellent organizational and project management skills with the proven ability to see a project through from inception to implementation. Standout copywriting skills with the proven ability to distill complicated topics into easily digestible messaging and content. Highly passionate about the intersection of finance and technology, with communications experience in at least one of these two industries. Experience and interest driving communications strategies to reach both external and internal audiences. Closely follows the technology landscape to identify new opportunities and potential risks. Strong executive presence and experience working with senior leadership.
