Complete sufficient testing/technology validation to ensure board confidence to market launch DynamiX technology. Complete full validation and testing from installing technology into several demonstrator sites so that first installs of DynamiX can be realised from start of 2026. Build out a full Operational Readiness plan covering provision, logistics, commissioning, operational, maintenance, and de-commissioning. Gain manufacturers' approval to G100 regulation via the Energy Networks Association (ENA). Management of EON contract with strategic supplier (Corinex) and work with their development team to deliver technology validation and approval to agreed timescales. Creation and management of key external business relationships that will help shape and deliver the DynamiX solution: Housing developers (validation of technology through demonstrator sites). Distribution Network Operators (DNO) (validation of technology from a network perspective). 3rd party heat pump, solar, and EV charger manufacturers (validate compatibility and ongoing firmware upgrades/development). Work to establish operational readiness (with support from Asset Management Team): Provision (product assurance, manufacturer quality management). Logistics (inventory management, quality assurance). Commission (resource planning, systems and comms, installation). Operate (monitor and control assets, Corinex contract and relationship management). Maintain (Firmware/hardware, maintenance tasks, spares & returns). Support the Proposition Manager in creation of commercial/pricing models as part of wider DynamiX proposition. Work closely with PMO Manager to ensure deliver dates are met and key challenges are called out and shared with Senior business stakeholders (L&G Director, Corinex CEO). What We Need From You
Ability to deal with technical complexity and root cause/solution mindset. Demonstrable experience in delivering new technology to market (preferably electronic-based technology). Grid/DNO experience/knowledge. Track record of delivering complex projects on time. Ability to interpret, manage and influence to Director level within EON and key external stakeholders.
