This company is on the hunt for a dynamic and visionary Technology Network Manager to spearhead a groundbreaking project that will revolutionize agricultural robotics. With a fixed-term contract until 30/11/2025, offering a competitive salary range of A£55,000 - A£65,000, this role is not just a job; it's a chance to make a real impact.

What You Will Do:

Technical Leadership:

Spearhead the technical direction of a pioneering project, setting the stage for future agricultural robotics standards and regulations. Stakeholder Engagement:

Forge and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators and industry leaders, to foster collaboration and innovation. Government Policy:

Navigate the policy landscape, engaging with government departments to influence and understand regulatory developments. Regulatory Science and Innovation:

Lead the consortium in understanding and implementing cutting-edge regulations and standards across industries. Knowledge Exchange:

Establish a hub for sharing insights and best practices, facilitating workshops and developing a Standards Roadmap to guide the industry. Sustainability Plan:

Craft a long-term vision for the network, ensuring its financial health and operational effectiveness through strategic planning and funding initiatives.

What You Will Bring:

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence a diverse stakeholder group. Experience in navigating regulatory landscapes, ideally within the automotive or manufacturing sectors. A strong background in the development, verification, and validation of autonomous systems, with a keen understanding of relevant safety standards. Proven leadership in complex, multi-stakeholder projects, with a history of securing grant funding and commercial tenders. A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field, with advanced degrees preferred.
