Role:
Develop and maintain IT supplier relationships Support the Technical Services Manager with supplier management Liaise with IT suppliers to ensure SLAs are upheld Carry out service performance reporting Support IT leads with compliance and governance from a tech capacity Work with the product and transformation teams for reporting Monitor and report on the performance of IT services
Experience to succeed:
Worked in a similar role previously A strong understanding of IT infrastructure and services Proficiency in contract management and financial analysis Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements Demonstrable experience with supplier or vendor relationship management
