Plus, you will be given a solid grounding and understanding of the investment management industry, the firm and its clients. Over approximately two years, this rotational programme will fully equip you to develop into a future technologist and leader. One who won’t just follow technical trends but is trained and supported to lead them. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal clients to understand their needs and develop technical systems and applications meeting their objectives. Participate in immersive training to become familiar with the company’s tech stack, including programming languages, databases, cloud technologies, and software development processes. Participate fully in rotational placements across the Information Systems department to gain a comprehensive understanding of the technology landscape and build your network across the business. Work in your team and with other Systems colleagues to create technical systems and applications that deliver real results or provide solutions that focus on increasing the performance, stability, and security of our underlying systems. Minimum Requirements

A graduate with a STEM-related degree subject. Your passion for technology and its potential uses – you will be someone with a genuine interest in how we can harness the benefits of technology and use it to impact everything we do positively. A proactive, adaptable approach – you will rotate around a wide range of teams on the programme, so you’ll need to be comfortable with change and remain keen to learn and meet new challenges. Great relationship and networking skills – this programme depends on building strong relationships and working collaboratively with a range of people at all levels. A critical thinker who enjoys problem-solving – you will thrive on challenging yourself by working with complex scenarios and collaborating with others to achieve business solutions and shared goals.
