A Technical Content Writer is required to join an accountancy firm in Norwich, full-time or part-time with hybrid and remote working options available. Our client is a multi-award-winning franchisor and employer, renowned for providing expert and specialist services across a nationwide network of accountancy practices. Their Business Development team is dedicated to enabling their network of franchisees to deliver service excellence to corporate and personal tax clients. The Role: Research and write tax and accounting content for marketing purposes, including website content and printed materials Collaborate with the marketing team to produce content for campaigns, including email marketing, infographics, tax calculators, press releases, and event materials Write social media content and front video to support campaigns and overall branding Support the implementation of the content calendar framework and brainstorm innovative content ideas Project manage the creation and distribution of technology guides Develop service areas by generating marketing material for the intranet and website, and attend franchisee meetings as needed Contribute to webinars, training courses, and the development of tax planning support materials Stay informed on industry trends, tools, and best practices, ensuring all content is technically accurate The Candidate: A qualified accountant or tax advisor (ATT, CTA, or ACA qualified) Proven writing experience, including research, investigation, proofreading, and editing Meticulously organised and competent with administrative work Able to multi-task efficiently and meet deadlines Confident in engaging with franchisees and clients to build rapport and offer solutions Excellent written and verbal communication skills and active listening skills Able to work remotely and well within a team The Rewards: Competitive salary Respect for wellbeing and work-life balance, with no overtime or weekend work expected Flexible working options and part-time hours where feasible Free 24/7 employee assistance service for staff and qualifying family members Company share scheme, salary sacrifice schemes, free car parking, subsidised gym membership, auto-enrolled workplace pension scheme, study support, and performance bonuses Attendance at biannual 3-day conference event Up to 34 days paid holiday plus a Christmas shutdown period Interested?
