The role is simple, but demanding, so you will need tenacity and depth of character to not get discouraged by the no's.
Your responsibilities include:
Contacting pre-qualified leads to obtain tender packs.
Building relationships with Architects and clients.
You will be the first in this role, working in a small office, so you must have the drive to not be afraid of picking up the phone.
Salary and bonus structure will be discussed during the interview.

Must have excellent written and verbal English.
