As a Telecom Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in owning the success of our Voice & Messaging products to drive revenue growth and expand Natterbox's market presence. As a global voice and omnichannel provider, the reach and availability of numbers, price competitiveness, and additional services are key differentiating factors in a highly competitive marketplace. You will manage telecommunications providers' product lifecycle and maintenance, align with regulatory requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute and implement partners, products, and services. This role requires exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, as well as a strong understanding of the mutual go-to-market opportunities for our customers. Key Responsibilities

Guide the development and maintenance of telecom products, ensuring they meet industry standards and customer needs. Continuously research and stay updated on telecom industry trends, competitor products, and compliance/regulatory mandates, using these insights to influence our product development. Maintain our global telecommunications product knowledge base. Drive strategic telecommunications projects from beginning to end with the capability of making critical decisions under pressure and ambiguity. Perform market research to identify opportunities & challenges to achieve the company's business objectives & growth strategy. Engage with internal and external stakeholders, serving as a subject matter expert for the telecom products in our portfolio. Manage customer-facing telecommunications pricing & packaging and ensure alignment with the broader product pricing strategy. Manage tactical projects that influence both telecommunications and related product areas. Assist the business with legal, compliance, and regulatory matters such as processes, reports, inquiries, and/or escalations. Engage with our regulatory team to ensure our products are compliant with the global regulatory authorities and are aligned with market standards. Coordinate with telecommunications suppliers in aspects including service purchasing, contract negotiations, supplier onboarding, escalations, or vendor performance. Requirements

Comprehensive knowledge of PSTN (Public Switched Telephony Network) products - call termination, various types of telephone numbers. An understanding of the architectural components of VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) environment, its capabilities, and technical and legal limitations. A business degree, technical degree, or directly related experience is preferred. Understanding of legal challenges in the telecommunications world (STIR/SHAKEN, Emergency Services, Robocalling, Law Enforcement inquiries). Understanding call detail records & pricing complexities - domestic vs international calls, Origin-Based (A-number) Pricing, inter/intrastate calls. Understanding of telephony architecture & solution offerings for cloud-based SaaS models. Please note some benefits are non-contractual and may be changed at the company's discretion.
