We are excited to offer the opportunity for a skilled Telecoms Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing high-level technical support and driving the success of our service offerings. The successful candidate will be instrumental in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, enhancing our product development, and maintaining our reputation for service excellence. The position offers a blend of office and site responsibilities with the option for remote work as needed, ensuring flexibility and variety in your day-to-day activities. Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers, ensuring clear and accurate communication. Provide comprehensive technical support across various service lines including mobile, connectivity, and IT, adhering to company SLAs. Proactively troubleshoot and resolve first through third line customer issues promptly. Assist in the provisioning, installation, and maintenance of systems, including conducting site surveys and technical health checks. Onboard new customers focusing on the technical setup, training, and resource development. Collaborate with suppliers for testing and problem resolution. Update and maintain accurate customer records. Identify, escalate, and assist in resolving complex issues with the appropriate teams. Monitor customer feedback and implement solutions to enhance the customer experience. Stay updated with the latest technologies and products in the telecom sector. Qualifications & Experience

Relevant hands-on experience in a telecoms setting is preferred. IT-related qualification (minimum A Level) or equivalent practical experience. Extensive experience in VoIP engineering, including SIP, RTP, and other protocols. Demonstrable skill in troubleshooting and problem-solving within VoIP environments. Proficient in using tools like Wireshark for SIP messaging/tracing. Solid understanding of IP networking, routers, firewalls, and network configuration. Experience with 3CX hosted solutions is advantageous. Must possess a full UK driving license and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Our Offer
