Telecoms Tutors . The Role: As a

Telecoms Tutor , you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the careers of future telecoms professionals. You’ll teach the BTEC Level 2/3 Diploma in IT and Telecoms, helping students develop both technical and practical skills that are essential in today’s fast-evolving telecommunications industry. This role is perfect for individuals with significant industry experience who are passionate about mentoring and inspiring learners. Whether or not you have formal teaching qualifications, if you’re ready to share your expertise in a supportive, engaging classroom environment, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: Deliver Inspiring Lessons : Lead engaging, hands-on lessons for students at both Level 2 and Level 3 in telecoms, IT, and professional competence. Use a variety of teaching methods to ensure lessons are interactive and relevant to industry standards. Develop Curriculum : Work with the academic team to develop, adapt, and improve course content, ensuring it aligns with the latest industry trends and technologies. Assess and Provide Feedback : Mark assessments, exams, and coursework, providing clear, constructive feedback to help students progress and improve. Student Support and Mentorship : Provide one-on-one support, helping students with coursework, practical assignments, and career advice to ensure they achieve their goals. The ideal candidate will have: Telecommunications Expertise : You should hold a Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in telecommunications or a related field, with a strong practical understanding of the telecoms industry. Teaching Experience (Preferred) : While formal teaching qualifications are beneficial, we also welcome candidates with substantial industry experience who are keen to transition into teaching. Location: Leeds Salary:
