Job Description of Telecoms Copper Engineer: Completing Copper Provisions Completing Copper Surveying / Repairing Orders Completing Copper testing & troubleshooting Working overhead & underground The normal hours of work are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, including work on one Saturday in every four weeks. Site Inspection Evaluations including Traffic Management to be conducted Respond professionally and effectively to all customer requests and enquiries Key Requirements of Telecoms Engineer: Full UK Driving License (Manual) Ability to perform pole / ladder climbing, working underground, and manual handling. To be physically fit and able to lift heavy items. Accreditations required: SA001 - Overhead Safety SA002 - Underground Safety SA020 - Working Safely in Single and Multi-Occupancy Dwellings Including Buildings LSS01 - Ladder Safety System NRSWA Manual Handling MT003 C004 - Internal Wiring Installation and Repair E001 - Dropwire and Overhead Techniques F005 - Working in PCPs
