Comprehensive knowledge of Avaya Communication Manager CM6.3. Proficiency in Avaya CMS Supervisor v19. Familiarity with Avaya Workforce Engagement Management (WEM). Precise Responsibilities will Encompass: Oversee and govern more than 50 call flows to align with business service requirements. Supervise and set up user profiles and licenses as necessary.
