A large multinational business is looking for a personable and driven Telecoms Engineer with proven mobile device management experience to join its expanding team, based in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire. Please note this is an office-based role and therefore the chosen candidate is required to be in the office 5 days per week.

As a Telecoms Support Engineer, you will provide a proactive support service for 2,000 mobile devices and fixed line telephony systems. You will be responsible for mobile and fixed telephony administration, including configuring devices and MDM system management. You will liaise with 3 rd

party vendors to troubleshoot issues, manage upgrades, and roll out new mobile services.

In addition to this, it would be useful to have some IT support skills so that you can assist the IT team with 1st and 2nd line Windows oriented user issues. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Telecoms Engineer to join a highly successful company that offers a clearly defined career path.
