Telemarketing Executive
- Knutsford - £30k We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join a dynamic team in Knutsford. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for reaching out to existing clients, promoting our products and services, and generating leads to support our sales team. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our products and services. Communicate effectively with potential customers, providing them with information about our offerings and addressing any queries they may have. Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and feedback received. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads into the sales process. Meet or exceed daily call targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service. Qualifications Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not essential. Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. A proactive attitude towards achieving sales goals and generating leads. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Working Hours Mon-Fri 7.5 hour shifts (Flexi time, some late evenings will be required).
