The Role – Telemarketing Executive / Rayleigh
Our successful client is seeking a friendly and motivated Telemarketing Executive to join their dynamic team! In this position, you will be the voice of the company, reaching out to potential customers to educate them about the products and services.
As a telemarketing expert, you will utilise your communication skills to engage, inform, and persuade clients, leaving a positive impression that will help drive sales and build lasting relationships.

Job Requirements
Growing the customer base through outbound, inbound calls and emails
Fact-finding businesses across the UK
Identifying new business opportunities
Making connections and closing deals
Attending Zoom meetings
Have ownership of data management – CRM and Excel
An ambitious mindset
An energetic approach to their work
Excellent communication skills
The desire to learn about our business, clients and the industry we work in
Ideally have experience in outbound calling or sales
The Package
Salary £25,000 basic, plus commission
Uncapped commission
Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm (1 hour for lunch)
